Required Skills:
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience. Prefer 1-2 years of experience working in a privacy function.
• Create User Consent Inventory using Trackers and Tag etc.
•Experience supporting privacy and consent management, compliance processes, policies, reporting and controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to develop and articulate strategy for process improvement.
• Works effectively as a team member but can also work independently
•Prefer experience with OneTrust or any other consent management tools.
Job Details:
•Collaborate with the Privacy team to review proposed privacy-related legislation related to trackers and consent.
•Work with Product to identify areas of improvements and provide feedback for our consent management solutions to help ensure Client compliance with global privacy laws.
•Participate with the Product team in executing a Tracker governance framework, and engage and liaise with other legal and business teams to provide guidance on and ensure privacy considerations are integrated into project planning and day-to-day operations.
•Assist in managing our OneTrust Privacy Management Platform Cookie Consent and Mobile Application modules, including training and assisting business teams and market legal teams in their use of the platform, and ensuring alignment across teams.
•Analyze trackers found in OneTrust scan and manage categorizations and purposes where necessary in collaboration with our Privacy, Product Development, Marketing Ops, and Tag Management teams.
•Provide privacy guidance and requirements to business teams for the onboarding & offboarding of first party and third party trackers.
•Assist in managing and maintaining privacy metrics reporting that may be needed by Marketing, GTM Tech, and Privacy/Legal.
•Assist in creation or management of audits using a tracker auditing tool, respond to risk alerts related to trackers that are out of compliance and work with the appropriate business units to mitigate risk.
•Creation of content to support other responsibilities.
