About the Job
L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Project Manager (IT).
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
- Schedule meetings, project deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Organize and coordinate project meetings, including agendas, note taking, documenting action items and decisions.
- Maintain/update project documents with relevant information from meetings.
- 3 years of experience in project management in higher education.
- 3 years of experience in project management, managing stakeholder engagement plans.
- 3 years of experience in project management, collecting project data for review and distribution by various project team members.
- 3 years of experience in project management, processing and responding to project support inquiries from various external stakeholders.
- 3 years of experience in project management, managing issue logs.
- 3 years of experience in project management, documenting project requirements and assisting in preparing project design specifications.
- 3 years of experience in project management, documenting project information in support of knowledge transfer.
