Position Summary: The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc, or any other non-IT-based project.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities::
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals.
- Schedule and manage meetings and stakeholder progress.
- Present and explain proposals, reports on project status, workback plans, and issues/risks identified across multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze tools, resource needs and requirements, to plan and assess the feasibility of plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 2-4 years experience required.
- Years of Experience Required: 4 overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree PMI or PMP certification (masters is preferred) degree is required to be eligible for this role.

Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience with another tech company within a similar role. - Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, responsiveness, and ability to take initiative.
- Minimum 4 years experience with Proficient within Microsoft Suite; Word, PowerPoint
- Minimum 4 years experience with Project management and presentations
- Minimum 4 years experience with problem solving
Preferred:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Basic knowledge of project management methods, tools, processes and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
