Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and cost estimation for commercial and industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate cost estimates for new construction projects
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and change orders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Utilize project management software to track project milestones and financials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimation
- Proficiency in construction estimation software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
