Adecco is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our client’s team in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Your expertise in project management methodologies will be instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of project management experience
Proven experience in utility, infrastructure, or construction projects
Electric utility experience preferred
PMP certification a plus
Proficiency in financial forecasting, budget management, contract management, and plan review
Strong skills in planning, scheduling, communication, and record-keeping
Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite and similar computer applications
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Guarantee timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.
Facilitate project meetings and discussions to drive project progress.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices.
Pay Details: $65.00 per hour
