Job Description
*Manage a team of 15 Onshore and 10 Offshore resource specializing in Production Support Firm understanding of ITIL Best Practices in relation to Incident and Problem
Management Review and Implement Production Support related process improvements
*Experience with Incident Management tools such as JIRA and or Service Now
*Experience interacting with various Business Units Technology Teams and external clients
*Ability to hold daily Stand Up meetings covering issue status post mortems and resource management
*Regularly evaluate team members to ensure high productivity and team right sizing
*Become familiar with client Service Levels and ensure SLAs are met Publish monthly *Client SLA metrics Maintain and effective Production Support Runbook
*Participate on cross functional teams to support business strategies as they change
*Participate in various development support and production status meetings
*Participate in audit regulatory activities various operating stakeholder meetings and any SEI internal change control processes related to Technical Operations
*Minimum of 10 years prior work experience working with an application development organization
*Must demonstrate experience supporting systems and projects from inception through implementation
*BA BS degree in Computer Information Systems Information Technology or a related field
*Knowledge of ITIL processes incident problem and change management best practices
*Experience with Azure and cloud migration best practices a plus
*Thorough knowledge of data processing concepts and financial industry banking operations practices Thorough knowledge of relevant operating systems languages and environments listed below
*Working with vendor resources and coordinate releases in a fast paced environment
*Hands on experience and knowledge of recent versions of Microsoft Windows Server Desktop environments and related components Server 2008 2012 2016 Desktop 7 10
*Hands on experience and knowledge of recent versions of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 2012 2016 technologies including SQL SSRS and SSIS Packages
Hands on experience and knowledge of Linux operating systems Experience
*Knowledge with Web Servers Citrix solutions Windows RDP Knowledge and experience with SQL Python PowerShell and other related programming languages
