Project Manager needed for a commercial real estate company in the heart of downtown Orlando.  This position is 100% onsite.  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):

• 4+ years experience managing projects
• Detail oriented
• Extremely organized
• Professional verbal and written communication
  Effective problem solver
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Ability to lead and set clear expectations

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Manger is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of multiple construction projects from inception to delivery.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project task workflow and prioritization
  Developing and maintaining project schedules
• Developing and maintaining project budgets
• Leading project meetings
• Reviewing construction documents
• Managing consultants
• Monitoring and reporting of construction progress
• On-site project progress walks
• Manage risks
• Expense Management
