Project Manager (PE)
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and helping less-experienced staff in designing and creating construction plans, technical calculations, reports, and permitting for Hillpointe, LLC's multi-family development projects in Georgia, Florida, and the Southeast.
The role includes
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Managing project timelines
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Providing construction administration services.
The ideal candidate should have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- A Professional Engineering License and Erosion Control Certification are preferred.
- Over 4 years of advanced experience in designing and producing construction plans, particularly in site grading, stormwater management, and utility plans
- Proficiency in software like AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydraflow.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and independent work skills.
