My client, a growing and dynamic manufacturing/construction company, is seeking a Project Manager due to growth. The current Project Manager will train this person to work alongside him. Onsite in Pickens, SC. This company has doubled in the last year. The salary is up to $135,00 plus 10% target bonus. Permanent direct hire.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: planning, execution, and delivery.
• Match employees with specific tasks based on their skill or expertise, create and post work schedules, and update workers about schedule changes and deadlines.
• Build strategic relationships with internal customers and external equipment suppliers to ensure continued alignment and success - before, during, and post-project implementations.
• Ensure projects are completed as scheduled.
• Work directly with customers to make sure they have what they need.
• Review project specs based on conversations with the client.
• Offer time and material estimates or recommend outside contractors or vendors.
• Often perform labor alongside subordinates.
• Resolve issues quickly to get production moving and meet deadlines.
• Discuss the work with the client and coordinate shipment of all products with office staff.
• Complete or manage the completion of office-related tasks including creation or review of different documentation throughout the day (work orders, invoices, timesheets, and equipment inspection or repair reports).

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Project management experience preferably in construction and manufacturing.
