Requirements:- 5-8 years- experience managing and leading small technical test and evaluation project teams
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Previous JT-E project management experience within last five years
- Experience with TTP/CONOPS development
- Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Logistics planning in the Joint Planning Process, CCMD/Service HQ experience in mobility-redeployment planning, IT data architecture experience, Infrastructure Analyst with focus on DoD budgetary processes.
- Previous USINDOPACOM experience
- Serves as Project Manager (PM) for the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project designed to develop, test and evaluate operating instructions describing the business rules and data architecture to develop a Digital Theater Logistics Plan
- Serves as the lead contractor responsible to the DTLP Test Director for the daily operations of the DTLP ART contract team
- Work with the Test Director, Joint Test Support Cell and sponsoring organizations to develop and test the project test articles
- Ensures the project is conducted in accordance with (IAW) the Test Study Director, Joint Test Support Cell and JT-E Handbook
- Responsible for developing and executing the project-s work breakdown structure (WBS), conducting weekly team meetings, developing monthly reports, reviewing and adjudicating monthly invoicing for labor and travel expenses
- Responsible for the development and delivery of all contract deliverable items IAW the DTLP contract which includes but is not limited to the Project Plan, Detailed Test Plan, and conduct the Joint Warfighter Advisory Group, TTP/CONOPS writing groups, test venue coordination and conduct select filed tests
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the contract team composed of Digital Theater Logistics Plan Subject Matter Analysts, TTP/CONOPS developers, Test Planners, and the Operations Research Systems Analyst
- Members of the team shall include experience in Logistics Planning in Joint Planning Process, Combatant Command (CCMD) /Service HQ experience in mobility/redeployment planning, IT, data architecture experience, and Infrastructure Analyst with a focus on DoD budgetary processes
- Additionally responsible for the tracking of the project team-s labor and travel budget IAW FARs and contract budgetary limits, as well as oversight of all SRC and Subcontractor teammate invoicing
