About the Job
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serves as Project Manager for the GAIMI Agile Reaction Test (ART) project designed to develop tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) that capture the use, maintenance, and mix of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Large Language Models (LLMs) to help the staff structure more accurate and efficient queries.
* Advises and assists the GAIMI ART Test Director and lead the contract team in the planning, development, and execution of all contract deliverables CDRLs IAW the JT&E Handbook and the GAIMI ART performance work statement
* Oversees the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), development of the project plan, test planning to include test venue coordination, Risk Reduction Events, Detailed Test Plan, Field Test Events, test analysis and reports
* Responsible to the Test Director for the team’s CONOPS and TTP development efforts to include research, hosting writing groups and Joint Warfighters Advisory Groups (JWAGs)
* Leading the team’s test product (TTP) transitions, and final out briefings of the test project’s findings, conclusions, and recommendations to senior leadership
* Responsible for the management of a diverse team consisting of test planners, TTP developers, subject matter analysts and the team’s Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) Members of the team shall include experience in DoD Staff processes, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) – Large Language Models (LLMs) deployment, interactions, platforms, and architectures, and engineering
* Responsible for the tracking of the project team’s labor and travel budget IAW FARs and contract budgetary limits, as well as oversight of all SRC and Subcontractor teammate invoicing
MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8 years’ experience managing and leading small technical test and evaluation project teams
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* TS/SCI clearance
DESIRED SKILLS:
* Previous JT&E project management experience within last five years
* Experience with TTP/CONOPS development
* Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Department of Defense Staff processes, use and employment of Generative Artificial Intelligence-Large Language models specifically interactions, platforms and various architectures
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET / SCI ELIGIBILITY
