This role plays a vital part in driving Empower's strategic initiatives by ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with business goals, and deliver measurable value. The Project Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), oversees project planning, resource allocation, and risk management while fostering collaboration with stakeholders to keep projects on track. By streamlining processes, applying best practices, and maintaining governance, this position ensures the seamless execution of projects that support Empower’s mission of expanding access to innovative, affordable medications.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Develops and manages detailed project plans, aligning activities with organizational objectives, stakeholder expectations, and key deliverables.
- Identifies, allocates, and monitors resources (personnel, equipment, budget), adjusting as needed to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Communicates regularly with stakeholders through meetings, updates, and feedback sessions, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies, and adjusts plans to prevent disruptions, tracking progress against key performance indicators.
- Implements best practices, maintains comprehensive documentation, and ensures adherence to governance standards, continuously improving project management processes.

Knowledge and Skills:- Comprehensive knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum) with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, and the ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in fast-paced environments, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy industry.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with business systems, mapping business processes, identifying business cases and leading teams to deliver value to the organization required.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master of Business Administration or relevant certification preferred.
- Project Management Professional.
- PRINCE2 (Foundation or Practitioner).

- Agile (Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner, International Consortium for Agile - Agile Certified Professional, or equivalent).
