Requirements prior take charge experience with property, commercial property, preferred knowledge of Florida rules and regulations, BSME A PLUS, experience with a condo, healthcare facility, municipal, school, complex PROPERTY management is necessary.
An individual with strong property management background who can help evaluate the damage and arrange for its repair. Such items include part of the HVAC units which are individual on roofs, 6-8 buildings, flashing, equipment evaluation, evaluate performance of contractors hired to assist in the cleanup, crisis management, order the necessary replacement parts. More details below. , Reports to the board of directors. The position could be a contract, or temporary. Future potential if he or she wants to proceed further they could be hired for full time employment as there are two or three major projects under contract replacement of all Exterior doors over the next two year and continued property manager. . Temporary living quarters may be possible if someone is further away. Possible contract, flex schedule, could go permanent
- Contact and coordinate professionals and specialty vendors for repairs as needed
- Serve as liaison for local, state, and federal building inspectors to comply with standard regulations and ordinances
- Maintain a safe environment for all employees with proper lighting, signage, and disability access
- Ensure occupants and tenants are provided with proper utilities
- Interact and engage in a professional manner when resolving problems and requests from building tenants and employees
- Inspect building frequently for signs of damage or wear
- Manage repairs and maintenance as required to meet tenant contractual obligations
- Manage the coordination of building space allocation and layout, including seat assignments and changes
- Maintain emergency layouts for all facilities
- Oversee subcontractors for compliance to acceptable standards of performance and verify completion of repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
- Oversees the parking program at all facilities
- Maintain facility-related information such as addresses, lease terms, and vendor contact information
- Maintain a preventative maintenance program and schedule for all generators and facilty equipment, elevators, etc.
