Reporting to the AVP, End User Portfolio Manager, this contract position is for management of the Application Testing and Remediation workstream. The individual will be accountable to interface directly with Application Development and Maintenance IT (ADM IT). This individual will track progress to milestones, drive immediate problem resolution, remediate risks, escalate major issues and communicate project status both within and beyond the project teams.

5+ years overall project management experience managing multiple small to medium sized projects:

Job Description
Reporting to the AVP, End User Portfolio Manager, this contract position is for management of the Application Testing and Remediation workstream. The individual will be accountable to interface directly with Application Development and Maintenance IT (ADM IT). This individual will track progress to milestones, drive immediate problem resolution, remediate risks, escalate major issues and communicate project status both within and beyond the project teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work across a network of stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to track ADM IT teams' Application Remediation and Testing in a Virtual (VMWare VDI) Windows 10 environment.
- Tracking status and manage delivery of Infrastructure deliverables allowing ADM IT Remediation to remediate applications, including but not limited to; Tracking and managing issues, supporting of test account provisioning processes, communication to Testers, updating of SharePoint lists, reports to both Manager and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and chair regular status meetings with the collective N.A. ADM IT teams
- Continually identify, log and work to mitigate or allocate risks and issues. Escalate issues to Manager in immediately.
- Hands-on management of Remediation and Testing Schedule and development of status reports
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years overall project management experience managing multiple small to medium sized projects:
- Experience working in a formalized PMO structure,
- Experience with QA and Release Management functions
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with teams both on and off-shore
- Ability to drive results.
- Excellent written/verbal skills
- Strong presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- SharePoint skills a plus
- Windows 10 a plus
- CAPM or PMP certification a plus, but not required
