Project Manager, R&D - Eliassen Group

Our innovative Global Med Device Client is seeking a Project Manager for their R&D group to focus on full life cycle products for new product development. This role is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Rate: $85 - $90 / hr. w2

·      Manage full project life cycle from requirements through execution.

·      Cross functional stakeholder management.

·      Execute strategic goals and ability to carry out project management responsibilities such as weekly status meetings, timelines, reporting, budget, risk mitigation, weekly status reports, team accountability, etc.

·      Medical Device Experience

·      True Project Management Experience – requirements through execution. Cross Functional stakeholder management

·      New Product Development experience

·      Global Experience

·      Executive Communication/Presentation. The pm must communicate and present at the executive level: proficiency in stakeholder buy in, strong cross functional communication, organizational navigation, building rapport across functions and levels of management. 

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
