About the Job
Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager to work for an established Digital Marketing Agency in Raleigh. This is a hybrid position (1 day in office and 4 days from home). The Project Manager will manage client projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and strong client relationships. As the primary contact for clients, you’ll provide strategic direction, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively to meet project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee and manage multiple SEO and digital marketing projects, maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing inquiries, and providing strategic guidance.
- Problem Solving: Tackle project challenges proactively; if an unfamiliar request arises, you’ll research solutions and provide quick responses to meet client needs.
- Detail Orientation: Ensure high-quality deliverables, with careful attention to detail in both written content and presentations.
- Data Analysis: Review and interpret data from Google Analytics and other sources to make informed recommendations and optimize client strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and creative teams, brainstorming and contributing to SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- SEO Tools and Metrics: Utilize SEO tools like Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog as needed to support project insights and optimizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Experience in an agency setting with project management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
- Certification(s) in PMP, CAPM, CSM, Google Analytics, Ads, or other digital media platforms.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort working with management and executive-level stakeholders.

Salary
70,000 - 80,000 /year
