Project Manager - Gpac

Gpac, an established and family-run Search Firm is partnered with a highly established Commercial Construction company seeking a Junior or Assistant Drywall PM to join their team.  The ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn, grow, and excel with an established and highly reputable company within the industry!

POSITION: DRYWALL PROJECT MANAGER

Ideal Candidate: 

• 2 years (minimum) of Commercial Drywall Experience (specific to metal stud framing / panels, acoustical ceilings, trim and door work (subcontracting experience)
• Software: On Screen Takeoff, Plan Grid, MS Suite
• OSHA Certification (preferred). Bilingual (preferred) – NOT REQUIRED
• Experience can be in lieu of degree

Responsibilities / Day to Day: 

• Review contracts received, ensure accuracy, hand off between PM and Estimator, 
• Creates, manages, and reviews budget, ensures accuracy, manages job from start to finish
• Day to day communication with field SI’s, GC’s, Estimators, and additional PM’s
•  Create / Process RFI’s, RFQ’s and Change Orders 
• Commercial projects ranging from $500K-$10M (to include restaurants, warehouse, retail, etc.)
