We're searching for a skilled Project Manager who is detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and thrives on bringing high-end designs to life.

As a Project Manager at Archia Homes, you'll manage the entire life cycle of custom residential construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence. You will collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and our internal team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project planning and execution for high-end residential homes, from pre-construction through completion.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and are executed to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to define project scopes and expectations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, manage site operations, and ensure quality control.
• Implement and manage Co-Construct software for project tracking and client communication.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing regular updates on progress.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and other construction-related standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within high-end residential construction.
• Strong ability to see the big picture while managing day-to-day operations.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Familiarity with Co-Construct (or similar construction management software) is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure attention to detail in every aspect.
• Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate project needs and adapt to changing circumstances.
