As a Project Manager at Axios Custom Homes, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and in-house team to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of residential construction projects, from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to the required standards.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, maintaining a focus on delivering excellent results.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team.
• Ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and completed in a timely manner.
• Utilize project management software to manage tasks, timelines, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (+3 years).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software; experience with Buildertrend is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
