Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Established residential remodeling company with a strong reputation for quality, with repeat clients and referrals needs an experienced Project Manager to join their team. They have taken on 50+ project post the hurricanes and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to jump in to join the company permanently.
The owner would love someone who is looking to take over the business in the next few years, so if you are experienced in residential home remodeling and construction, especially post-hurricane remodeling, we'd love to talk to you.
This is a small and efficient company with strong roots of solid customer service and quality and we're looking for someone to match.
This position offers either a $50k base salary plus commission structure, or a $65k-$75k base salary option without commission. There are no benefits offered at this time, but it does offer 5 paid holidays to start, then after a year an additional one week paid vacation which increases with each year of service.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Project Manager for Residential Restoration to join our growing team in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of the construction process, and a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within our organization, driving the successful completion of complex residential restoration projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
As a Permanent Project Manager for Residential Restoration, you will:
1. Lead the planning and implementation of a wide range of residential restoration projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
2. Develop and manage detailed project budgets, effectively controlling costs and maximizing profitability.
3. Oversee contract management, negotiating and finalizing agreements with suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
4. Implement strategic planning initiatives to optimize project performance and achieve organizational goals.
5. Foster effective communication within the project team and with clients, ensuring that all parties are kept fully informed of project progress and any emerging issues.
6. Provide strong team leadership, inspiring and motivating team members to deliver their best performance.
7. Implement effective time management strategies to ensure that all project milestones are met.
8. Exercise sound decision-making, resolving any project issues in a timely and effective manner.
9. Monitor project performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
10. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management, with a specific focus on residential restoration.
2. Proven expertise in budgeting, quality control, contract management, strategic planning, and customer service.
3. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a range of audiences.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
6. Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
7. A proven track record of monitoring and improving performance in a construction project management context.
8. A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
