About the Opportunity
Management of initiatives that are the top priority of the executive chair and administrative team of the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute (RNI). The individual in this role manages all the action items, scheduling, material preparation and contact for the highest-level initiatives of the institute. This includes research, clinical areas, and other areas such as marketing/communications, development, and finance.

What You'll Do
- Supervision of the scheduling assistants for the Executive Chair (EC) of the RNI, and the day-to-day itineraries for the EC and the broader administrative leadership team.
- Direct contact with EC – attending meetings with EC (Executive Chair) to do action item tracking and attending high level meetings to assist him with presentation points, talking points, and communications.
- Additional issues that occur related to those working closely with EC, ex. Responsible for all department chair review documents for executive evaluations, executive finance review, chair meeting management, Marketing & Communications, RNI Development, Foundation PM support and key stakeholder follow-ups for EC.
- Other tasks, such as onboarding support, tours, executive visit planning, presentation drafting and creation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in project, administrative management and/or a fast-paced environment in a medical center or facility.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Experience with physician leaders, navigating difficult and complex priorities and schedule management due to often urgent patient care needs.
- Interpersonal skills, and ability to work with everyone from lower-level staff to high level executives, and RNI industry partners and stakeholders.
- Management will require trainings but need to possess the qualities necessary to support staff while following all policies and guidelines.
