Job Description:
Collaboratively working with Program Demand, Delivery & Operations Teams to instill a culture of quality by leveraging quality assurance and quality control best practices that promote first time right, lower COPQ and a consistent, reliable customer experience
- Escalation point for all matters related to quality assurance and quality control teams, processes and procedures including Testing, Release Management, Environment Management
- Defines the QA strategy, approach and execution for the Delta ecosystem
- Accountable for ensuring end-to-end service quality
- Builds and maintains SDLC quality standards and metrics
- Ensures the development and test teams adhere to those principles, guidelines and best practices
- Monitors all QA activities including test strategy, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis
- Identifies and drives continuous improvements opportunities including but not limited to service delivery model maturity, usage and adoption of industry best practices, tools, test techniques, automation, and incident management
- Develop new tools and processes to ensure quality goals meet and/or exceed department / corporate quality goals
- Partners with IT SDS leadership to identify opportunities to improve the quality of products and services based on performance and feedback from stakeholders
- Conduct quality assessment of Delta delivery pipeline, document findings and recommendations to improve.
- Go/No Go Voice of Quality for each monthly/quarterly SDS release
