About the Job
- Project Management: Own the planning, development, and execution of annual and quarterly analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with data & analytics users, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and align on objectives
- Prioritization and Roadmap Development: Evaluate and prioritize analytics initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic goals; Develop and maintain a detailed product development roadmap
- Project Execution: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning through delivery, including scope definition, timeline management, budget oversight, and quality control
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with tech development teams, third party vendors, and other business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of analytics products & data strategy initiatives
- Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Change Management: Manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations, ensuring that changes are documented, communicated, and incorporated into project plans
- Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance using key metrics and analytics, adjusting plans and resources as needed to meet objectives
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within analytics, data strategy, or technology-driven environments
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results on time
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Ado, Jira) is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software and analytics tools
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
