You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with local homeowners, contractors, and businesses and help them find the best roofing solution for their needs. With an understanding of the industry and a commitment to customer service, you can make a real difference in the lives of your customers and your community. You will be doing a wide range of activities in this sales role that are necessary to complete a roofing project, from start to finish. This includes:
- Prospect new customers and provide estimates
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters in a given sales territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Check roof quality, inspect the damage, and monitor the construction progress
- Keep team and customer informed along the way
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Proper material selection
- Your office support team handles scheduling, procuring materials and labor, managing the installation and maintenance/warranties of the roof, and ensuring that all safety standards, regulations, and building codes are being followed
- Your role as the sales account manager is to ensure the successful completion of a roofing project and a satisfied customer
- You will provide the oversight and expertise as a sales account manager by coordinating the various components of the project, as well as ensure that all parties involved are meeting the expectations of the project
We train new roofing sales account managers from the ground up and will plug experienced roofing sales account managers directly into our system. To be successful you must be willing to learn our method of sales. We use a software program that tracks patterns of weather. We know what neighborhoods will need our services.
Compensation totals an average of $125,000+ annually.
Detailed training program for new sales account managers.
Leadership and upward mobility is available for the right candidates.
Training pay and bonuses are available.
Leadership training program available for the performing sales account managers that have a preference to lead a team.
Travel to different Shamrock Roofing locations available.

- A self-starting attitude
- Reliable Transportation, a truck is best. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks are available for general use.

- Enjoy working outside
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
- Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
