Operational Services is looking for a Project Manager to join our Service Level Partnership team. The Service Level Partnership team within Strategic Sourcing facilitates agreements between our Business Partner teams and the Sales divisions to clarify expectations, establish performance metrics and tracking, and produce appropriate partnership agreements. This work supports process efficiency and shared accountability with a broader view of the services required to support pre-assignment work. As a Project Manager on the Service Level Partnership team you will ensure project scope and priorities are managed well and balanced agreements are completed in a timely manner. The position will be responsible for creating timelines, facilitating meetings, and managing obstacles to accomplish positive outcomes. This role will be critical to the success of Continuous Improvement in processes and communication between Sales and Business Partners. This role will report to the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing.
We are seeking a collaborative Project Manager who wants to work for one of "Utah's Most Admired Companies." The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of strategy through planning, transparency, collaboration, alignment, and accountability. They ensure visibility into the execution of project outcomes, and regularly and accurately report on project status and meeting outcomes. The Project Manager facilitates project success through the management of risks and cross-initiative dependencies and collaborates with sales and business partner leaders to ensure projects are completed successfully on time meeting desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- The primary role of this position is to provide visibility and reporting for a designated collaboration effort via project plans, status reports and metrics.
- In collaboration with Senior Leaders, this role will partner with teams to identify work required to achieve project deliverables and tracking metrics.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and coordinate materials to document action items and follow-up ultimately leading to the resolution of project issues and agreement impediments
- Successfully track to project scope, identify and track scope changes and escalate to appropriate audience for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with sales and targeted business partners to track tasks and provide visibility into agreement preparation work as it moves through established timelines.
- Simultaneously manage multiple workstreams and agreement projects.
- Ensure projects are organized, tracked, and reported effectively
- Ability to influence and manage the expectations of team members, stakeholders, management, and external groups as needed.

Qualifications:
- Are exceptionally organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
- Know how to navigate and resolve ambiguous situations well

- Understand and have experience with agreement templates and modified approaches
- Possesses good judgment with respect to what is important and what is not, in driving towards outcomes

- Have proficiency in documenting, tracking, and following up on many simultaneous tasks
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Have fluency in project management tools, online collaboration tools, and MS Office
Education and Years of Experience:
- 1-5 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Negotiation skills and experience
- Experience with project management software and tools
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $64,900 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
