As a Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of assigned projects, including internal project launches and scheduling. Interfacing with customers, as well as internal teams such as sales and marketing, contract administration, engineering, purchasing, and finance.

The role is based in Salt Lake City, UT office and enjoy our Hybrid working environment. This position also requires up to 20% travel.
What is the role?
- Work with internal engineering staff to provide specifications, specification reviews, general arrangement drawings, technical data, and other sales aid materials as required for support of customer needs for assigned projects.
- Coordinate the overall profit and loss schedules for the deliverables for each project.
- Creation of procurement schedules, deliverables lists and work breakdown schedules.
- Facilitate project booking, design, development, delivery, completion, and profitability of assigned projects.
- Monitor project schedules and communicate them with customers and various internal departments.
- Participate in equipment start-up and provide technical training.
- Recommend product improvements and standardizations.
- Recommend improvements to overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Prepare accounting documents on progress and final invoicing.
- Evaluate and manage warranty claims.
- Maintain CRM assets and warranty cases.
- Other duties as assigned.
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 5-10 years of directly applicable technical experience.
- Professional Engineering License a plus.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry related technical documents, such as Engineering Specifications, Mechanical Fabrication Drawings, and Contracts.
- Ability to identify areas of risk on a project and development strategies to mitigate risk.
- Must be able to communicate on a technical level, verbally and in writing, and deliver presentations.
- Mechanically inclined person preferred in a heavy industrial equipment.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Knowledge of principles of Project Management.
- Preferred knowledge of Screening Equipment and Municipal and Industrial Water and Wastewater systems.
- Preferred knowledge of basic control systems such as VFD's, PLC's, and Motor Control

- Work within a cross-functional team environment with Engineering and Marketing to execute assigned projects.
- Work with internal engineering staff to provide specifications, specification reviews, general arrangement drawings, technical data, and other sales aid materials as required for support of customer needs for assigned projects.

- Evaluate market potential and recommend pursuing/not pursuing opportunities.
- Recommend product improvements and standardizations.
- Recommend improvements to overall Quality Assurance and Quality control.
- Prepare accounting documents on progress and final invoicing.
- Act as company liaison with customers and reply promptly to their inquiries.
- Evaluate and manage warranty claims.
- Maintain CRM assets and warranty cases.
TRAVEL: Ability to ravel up to 10%.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of 5 years of directly applicable technical experience.
