Job Summary:
Super Micro Computer, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects on Supermicro eStore. This roll will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our web developers, operation team members, and product managers to ensure the project successfully delivered from end to end with the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceptional understanding of strategy and operations related to technical consulting and delivery of projects
• Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
• Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and changing situations
• Open-minded, ready to learn, willing to teach
• Oversee and manage projects, with a special focus on controlling project schedules
• Provide daily or weekly status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any potential concerns
• Actively participate or host meetings with vendors to discuss requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams in regular meetings to review project status, identify challenges, and work towards solutions
• Define escalation paths pertaining to the projects and drive for on-time-delivery
• Help to improve our internal eStore systems
• Make efficiency enhancements to the existing process to eliminate redundancy and increase its effectiveness
• Assist and work with our business development manager (BDM) on a wide range of activities including but not limited to configuration support, order processing, and inventory preparation.
• Responsible for working with system or component product managers on adding items on the eStore
• Responsible for QA our eStore website as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or equivalent, or a minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management
• Good communication skills and teamwork. Capable of working with cross-functional teams
• Keep being curious and learning
• Capable of providing good customer service and achieving good customer satisfaction
• Knowledge and experience in eCommerce and digital marketing is a plus
Salary Range
$70,000 - $148,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
