Project Manager (School Construction)

50yr established General Contractor, with lots of leadership opportunity within company, seeking an experienced PROJECT MANAGER.  They like to involve entire staff in bigger conversations and important decisions.  Management is very open and assessable.  Fun family oriented and Work life balance/ culture. 

• Needs 5+yrs experience in Ground Up Construction
• Candidate must have prior experience on Ground Up SChool Projects minimum
• Other project experience helpful:  Healthcare, Gov't, Technology, Hospitality, etc...
• Most work local
• Relocators accepted but prefer candidates to be from or have familiarity with the region or have a good reason for relocation

Compensation:  Target $100-$140k but will consider candidates with higher salaries too.  Car Allowance, Company CC, Per Diem if traveling (do a lot local), Performance Bonuses, PTO
