As a Project Manager Senior Associate within the JPMorgan Card Services organization, you will be a part of the Card Services Chief Administrative Office (Card CAO). Your role will involve managing high-priority projects with significant financial, process, and organizational impacts. You will be expected to effectively communicate and interact with senior business leaders and other project and program sponsors within Card and other Lines of Business. Additionally, you will be responsible for quickly and comprehensively addressing issues associated with supported initiatives and identifying and implementing improvements within the overall project delivery process.
You will report into the Business Analysis Director/Wilmington Corporate Center (WCC) Site Coordinator within the Card CAO Business Practices team.
Job responsibilities
+ Work closely with senior business leadership to champion the employee experience and real estate activities within the Wilmington Corporate Center (WCC). Design & execute WCC activities to improve the employee experience.
+ Lead communication efforts to provide campus progress updates to WCC employees.
+ Monitor employee feedback for potential areas of improvement.
+ Build and foster strong partnerships across key functional business teams and other lines of business.
+ Partner with Real Estate and dining services to manage/enhance common employee amenities.
+ Extend WCC best practices to Delaware hub and community/volunteer activities.
+ Provide proactive communication for management to understand needs, communicate status and resolve conflict.
+ Define, discover, document or standardize processes as appropriate.
+ Prepare summaries for finance and business leadership to communicate expense performance and discuss Risks/Opportunities to budgets/forecasts.
+ Assist Business Practices Director with additional governance tasks & projects as needed.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Demonstrated experience in presenting to senior management and leading cross functional projects and initiatives.
+ 3+ years of process management or expense analysis experience.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence change and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
+ Excellent relationship and communication skills, highly collaborative - can build rapport and credibility.
+ Strong presentation skills.
+ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
+ Proven ability to perform complex data analysis and provide structured conclusions to all levels of management.
+ Makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight timelines and pressure.
+ Ability to assess situations and make appropriate, effective, timely project decisions.
+ Sufficient understanding/subject matter expertise and preparedness of information to effectively communicate key messages across matrix project teams, IT or Business teams.
