Title: Project Manager - Senior
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: 100% remote

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and assess project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure project feasibility and alignment with organizational objectives.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

• Manage project execution according to the established plan, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and lead project team members, providing guidance, support, and direction.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, report progress to stakeholders, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Monitor project performance, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.

Resource and Risk Management:

• Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support project implementation.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to optimize project efficiency.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop risk management strategies to minimize their impact.
• Implement and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting effective communication and resolving conflicts.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance evaluation.

Post-Project Evaluation:

• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
• Document and share project outcomes, best practices, and recommendations for future projects.
• Provide input and expertise in developing IT strategies, roadmaps, and project portfolios.

Qualifications:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects, including operating system upgrades.
• PowerPoint experience
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and technology trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within strict deadlines.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.
