RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utility design, encompassing storm drainage, water, and sewer systems, with knowledge of conduit and dry utility systems.
• Site grading, ensuring compliance with ADA standards.
• Utilize design skills to create plans and exhibits in support of residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional site/land development projects.
• Lead a team, managing multiple projects while meeting specific deadlines.
• Exercise strong design skills to create plans and exhibits for residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional land development projects.
• Handle design and layout of sites.
• Create diagrams and visual aids, along with design specifications.
• Implement projects based on established criteria.
• Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10 years’ experience in civil engineering related to site design or land development.  
• MD Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with MicroStation and Civil3 3D.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with industry software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary: $42/hr. - $67/hr. (DOE)
