Project Manager Description
We are a global project management company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of signs. We were founded on the belief that sign companies should be more than manufacturers, so each client relationship is a partnership in which project management and accountability are top priorities.
The role of Project Manager requires the ability to work individually and as a team member to successfully direct, manage and complete both small and large corporate sign branding projects from concept to completion in a profitable and timely fashion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct and process site survey information to include landlord requirements and code restrictions.
- Generate design write-up requests and proof designs for brand accuracy and specification correctness.
- Gather and process competitive manufacturing and installation quotes. Generate accurate and profitable cost proposals.
- Secure landlord approvals and all necessary government-required permits. Generate accurate purchase orders for all phases.
- Supervise manufacturing, shipping, and installation of all products.
- Manage and secure all required closeout documentation to include copies of permits, completion photos, etc.
- Manage invoicing of all sites in a timely and accurate fashion. Update all status reports as required.
- Provide continual customer service and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Other Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring and guidance to fellow co-workers as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.

- Build and develop business relationships vital to the success of the company.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
As a Project Manager you will need to possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; work extra hours as needed to meet deadlines, and have the ability to occasionally travel.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
- Associate Degree in Business and/or equivalent related experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of Project Management experience with emphasis on customer service, sales or equivalent experience.
- Sign Mfg. or installation background a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective prioritization and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and careful attention to detail
- Strong general math skills to include reading a ruler, fractions, and decimals
- Proficiency in Google Business Apps (Doc, Sheets, Slides, Forms) preferred, but not required
