Project Manager, Centralized Outreach
The Company is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who is looking for a challenging career with a fast-growing company in the specialty pharmacy management services. Critical to this position is a person who is able to establish strong and credible relationships with the Patient Outreach team, patients, clinicians and internal Shields staff. Applicants should be results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high patient quality and service. Strong business acumen, professional and comfortable in dealing with others and resolving conflict/problem-solving, both in-person and on the phone. Applicant must be reliable, tolerant, and determined; an empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view. Most importantly, person must be able to work as a member of a close-knit team.
Job Purpose:
Shields Health Solutions is looking to add a Project Manager to supplement its growing Centralized Outreach Team. The Centralized Outreach team is dedicated to qualifying, telephonically engaging, and onboarding eligible specialty patients by educating them on the benefits of filling at the onsite pharmacy. This team functions as the go-to group for customer-level outreach to support operational growth. This Project Manager will own project management efforts on the team dedicated to the team's growth, auditing, and efficiency opportunities. This Project Manager will furthermore provide leverage to Outreach Supervisors and Patient Outreach Coordinators by evaluating, auditing, and identifying opportunities for improving communication content and methodologies. Finally, this Project Manager will champion the culture of the ever-growing Centralized Outreach team by owning team-based communications such as All-hands meetings and patient success stories. Job Duties:
- Work directly with the Centralized Outreach and senior leadership team to execute on Outreach growth, auditing, and efficiency priorities
- Lead and own Outreach projects including the creation of detailed timelines, objectives, stakeholder mapping, key milestones, collateral creation, and day-to-day management
- Work directly with senior leadership on Outreach implementations, strategic initiatives, and operational opportunities
- Lead and own the development of strategic presentations and proposals to internal SLT and ELT stakeholders and external clients
- Work with Outreach Supervisors to ensure Patient Outreach Coordinators consistently communicate with patients compliantly and convey the culture of kindness and value of the hospital-based pharmacies
- Complete audits of team in DialPad, TelemetryRX application, Electronic Medical Records, and other required systems to ensure effective communications with patients, efficient workflow, and compliant conversations with potential patients of hospital partner pharmacies
- Work with a high sense of urgency to manage, monitor, and facilitate any issues and/or escalations related to Outreach Coordinators with hospital partners
- Develop mechanisms/KPIs for understanding communication effectiveness and consistently evaluate communications and opportunities for improvement
- Champion all efforts to show the positive patient impact and importance of Outreach to the Outreach team, operations teams, and clients
- Patient Outreach team meetings: creating agendas, running meeting, follow up as well as record notes of all collaboration calls and team meetings
- Collaborate with functional teams as needed to be able to support the mission of the Centralized Outreach team
Experience/ Education:
- High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
- Years of Experience: Required 5+ years project management experience in a client facing role (customer support, client services, sales)
- The applicant should have a desire and aptitude for leading others and the ability to establish credibility within a team environment. He or she should be very organized with attention to detail and have great interpersonal skills, high integrity, be dependable and a good listener and an empathetic communicator.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Word, able to quickly learn other database programs. Knowledge of the Microsoft Project & Visio, Epic Willow, QS1, and RX30 software system a plus
