The Project Manager - Strategic Accounts is responsible for managing high-profile strategic accounts and portfolios. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects while meeting the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:Strategic Clients and Collaboration:
- Serve as the dedicated project manager for high-profile strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, directors, and client facing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Work closely with senior leadership, including VPs and directors, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions to identify potential growth areas and service improvements.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Project Oversight:
- Lead and manage single-site and multi-site projects that require a high level of detail and communication.
- Provide project management expertise, including task management and process implementation for all assigned projects.
- Ensure timely and effective hand-offs to the Client Success team to enhance the client experience.
Client Communication:
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentorship and Team Development:
- Mentor and guide assistant project managers and team members in project management best practices.
- Provide support, coaching, and advice to enhance the skills and performance of junior project management staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously consisting of systems additions, construction, and strategic accounts (preferably in an industry consisting of networking, IP-based systems, or video/CCTV solutions).
- Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with video cameras, lenses, DVRs, NVRs, and video management systems, or expertise in CCTV and networking.
- Proficient in using packet capture tools (e.g., Wireshark) to diagnose network issues.
- In-depth understanding of internet fundamentals, including OSI model, DNS, IP routing, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and port forwarding.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Willingness and ability to respond to client needs promptly for installations, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting in a way that provides top customer service.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and processes for providing project management support.
- Excellent critical thinking skills: able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Ability to effectively develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish those goals
- Ability to come up with relevant and creative ideas, analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Applications, to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Outlook to facilitate business processes.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed based on client needs and expectations.
- Open floor plans with ambient noise and activity consistent with office or call center work
- Active construction sites and new locations
- Travel by automobile, plane and other modes of public transportation
