Position Overview:
Provide a high level of customer service while fielding phone calls and greeting visitors to the Willis Custom Yacht Service office. Work in a cooperative effort with the Business Development and Project Management Teams to achieve the budgeted revenue targets and key performance indicators.
Position Title: Project Manager.
Brief Position Description:
The Project Manager position is responsible for developing initial project plans and managing the service projects for Willis Custom Yachts (“WCY”). Job activities will include working with the WCY business development department, WCY trade shops, WCY authorized outside contractors, and the WCY billing department. This position also involves regular project status communication with WCY customers.

Essential Functions:
Develop initial project plans including:
- Project schedules.
- Parts procurement plan.
- Risk assessment.
- Contingency planning.
- Conduct initial project kick-off meetings.
- Conduct initial customer onboarding.
- Manage projects to budget and schedule.
- Develop change orders as needed.
- Conduct weekly project update meetings with the WCY team.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction level of at least 85%.
Work Environment:
This job primarily operates in the yacht repair environment which is mainly outdoors. However, there will be many office tasks that will be performed in an office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role is largely moving from project to project which requires standing and walking.
