Position Summary

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. In this critical role, you'll provide leadership and direction on-site, ensuring that each project meets quality standards, stays on budget, and is delivered on time. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, you'll manage all aspects of project logistics, finances, and site operations.

Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager/Superintendent

• Project Planning: Organize and schedule construction activities to achieve project objectives, setting the foundation for project success.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main liaison with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site progress, manage installation crews, monitor budgets, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement and monitor safety programs, ensuring all site activities meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including equipment rentals, material purchases, and client invoicing.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project logs and records using construction management software to support transparency and project tracking.
• Collaboration: Work with estimators on bid requests, evaluate responses, and support contract review and negotiation processes.
• Meeting Facilitation: Conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, manage risks, and ensure all team members are aligned on project goals.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates bring a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and excellent communication skills.

• Experience: 5-7 years in the commercial roofing industry, with a proven track record in project management or site supervision.
• Education: High School Diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with mechanical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in identifying and addressing project challenges with a proactive approach.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work effectively under minimal supervision.
• Communication & Time Management: Strong interpersonal and time-management skills for effective collaboration and task prioritization.
