Guardian Home Improvements is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee all aspects of production, ensuring that jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to coordinate between internal teams, subcontractors, and homeowners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer service, and construction.

- Internal Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the internal production team and all active jobs.
- Provide daily updates to the team, outlining job progress, challenges, and changes by 4:00 PM.
- Relay any requested information to the internal production team or from them to the crew or client as required.
- Pre-Job Processing:
- Review job scope, contracts, and identify potential issues that could affect the installation.
- Determine crew qualifications for specific projects and inform the production team to ensure appropriate scheduling.
- Project Management:
- Create and manage detailed job packets, including material purchase orders, labor pay sheets, and project summaries.
- Maintain daily communication with homeowners and crews to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure contract specifications are executed and maintain high standards for workmanship.
- Hold subcontractors accountable for installation quality and ensure compliance with safety and property protection measures.
- Customer Relations:
- Serve as the main contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a minimum 90% customer satisfaction rate, with at least 8 positive online reviews per month.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols, ensuring all crews comply with Guardian's safety program.
- Monitor and document safety practices, accidents, and jobsite conditions.
- Crew Management:
- Foster positive relationships with crews, ensuring they have all the tools and information necessary for efficient project execution.
- Train and develop crews to meet Guardian's standards in communication, customer care, and installation specifications.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Submit daily reports, track time, and maintain accurate job documentation.
- Handle change orders promptly, ensuring homeowner approval before making any modifications to the scope of work.
- Professional Development:
- Engage in ongoing learning, attending professional seminars and courses to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Strong background in project management, construction, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage crews while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Familiarity with roofing, siding, window installation, and carpentry.
- Proficiency in building code compliance and safety standards.
