A PROJECT MANAGER will plan, execute, and oversee projects to align with management's strategic objectives. The goal is to ensure project delivery within budget and on schedule.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of a project, from inception to completion. This involves delegating tasks to team members, ensuring targets are met, and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Timeline Management: The go-to person for project organization and timeline. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and yield the desired outcomes.
- Resource Allocation: Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
- Detailed Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, considering technical feasibility and involving relevant stakeholders.
- Change Management: Use appropriate verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Performance Measurement: Employ suitable systems and tools to measure project performance.
- Risk Management: Minimize project risks through effective risk management practices.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Multitasking: Comfortably manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit a problem-solving aptitude.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with others.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, statistics or related fields.
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience managing and applying analytics to real-world data challenges.
- System Implementation preferred.
