As the Project Manager for Servpro Team Skov, you will report to the General Manger and be responsible for managing the mitigation production team.

Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all production activities to meet (or exceed) revenue objectives
- Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
- Ensure effective scheduling of job, staff, vehicles, and equipment
- Residential and commercial job scoping
- Ability to respond to priority response calls 24/7
- Training and development of team members
- Monitor all projects to completion
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and processes
- Oversee quality control of all products, services, and work production activities
- Promptly address and resolve customer conflicts to assure customer satisfaction
Position Requirements:
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- High school diploma/GED
- Available for on-call schedule
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Restoration industry experience preferred
- IICRC Certification preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Job Type: Full-time with occasional overtime and on-call requirements
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- This is an on-call position and candidates need to be available at night and on weekends
Work Location:
- In person with local travel required
- Occasional overnight travel required for large loss or storm events
