Job Description:
• Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Project Manager.
• This role involves managing technology projects and supporting the governance of regulatory programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead the lifecycle management of high priority, from problem identification to implementation,
• Governance Support: Assist in the governance of regulatory programs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and propose mitigation strategies
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive end-to-end program and project management.
• Drive both tactical and strategic planning to ensure timely execution of corrective actions. Collaborate with various teams to review deliverables before submission.
Qualifications:
• 5 years in Project/Program Management, with a proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional projects.
• 5 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically within Capital Markets, Cash, Derivatives, Money Markets, or related areas.
• Strong background in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
Skills:
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience in engaging both technical and business management teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create presentations from complex data.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
