We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role will report to a Project Management Team Lead. As a client-facing Project Manager at Spinutech, you will manage highly complex web-based solutions involving digital marketing, e-commerce, custom web development, and integrations of CMS and CRM platforms. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes project managers, web designers, developers, and specialists in SEO, Content, UX, and Analytics, to coordinate custom web-based solutions for our clients. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of digital project lifecycles as well as website design and development.

What you’d do here:
- Lead multiple web-based projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including defining project scope, estimating, planning, analysis and design, development, deployment, and closure
- Establish project milestones and actively monitor progress to ensure timely, successfully completion of projects
- Develop and maintain key project deliverables, such as project plans, scope documents, communication plans, status reports, and financial and risk management plans
- Build credibility and trust with clients to ensure projects align with their needs and expectations
- Oversee ongoing maintenance of web or digital marketing client sites, including updates, feature enhancements, design support, content creation, and audits
- Provide weekly status reports and other required communications to keep clients informed on project progress
- Identify and prioritize project objectives and potential risks
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and offer guidance to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Proactively flag and collaboratively work through any conflicts within the project lifecycle to ensure efficient staff utilization
- Monitor, track and escalate issues as appropriate for prompt resolution
What you need to work here:
- Between 2-4 years of experience working in an Agency managing multiple complex web-based projects for external clients
- A self-starter with experience in scoping, executing, and delivering websites (or overall digital based projects)
- Deep understanding of digital project life cycles as well as website design and development
- Experience working in various CMS platforms and capacity to learn to work within the CMS as necessary
- Experience with supporting the creation and presentation of project estimates and scope documents
- Experience facilitating website go-lives and post-launch activities
- Familiarity with Workfront or other project management software
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

In this role you report to a Project Management Team Lead. On a regular basis, you’d be working with other remote project managers, web designers, developers, quality assurance, and specialists in SEO, Content, UX, and Analytics
