About the Job
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically with tax technology solutions and integration
- Strong ability to develop comprehensive project plans and align them with business and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
- Proficiency in coordinating and managing both internal and third-party resources for integration and deployment
- Expertise in documenting business requirements and maintaining detailed project documentation
- Capability to support user training and facilitate onboarding for new or updated systems
- Ability to coordinate data integration with IT teams, ensuring data quality for accurate reporting
- Familiarity with monitoring regulatory compliance and updating project plans accordingly
- Adept at tracking project metrics, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies
- Experience working with tools and platforms such as ONESOURCE, Edicom, Aptos, and Oracle
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to shifting project demands
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure comprehensive compliance tracking and reporting
- Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
