• 10+ years of experience in construction
• Experience with higher eduction, T/I work, high rise, and or mixed use
• Experience with Procore 
• Degree preferred, not required
• Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
• Industry consistent work history
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the project meets specifications and legal requirements.
• Create and manage the project budget, ensuring cost control throughout the construction process.
• Analyze and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation.
