Hampton Ridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key healthcare and rehabilitation projects. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all projects align with the company’s goals and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage projects in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and oversee healthcare and rehabilitation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Develop project plans, including defining project goals, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.
• Track project progress, proactively identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial objectives.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, staff, and external partners, to provide updates and address concerns.
• Prepare and present progress reports, post-project evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all project-related activities.
• Foster a collaborative and motivating environment for team members, ensuring timely project completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and project management best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
