Project Manager - Hampton Ridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation

Hampton Ridge Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key healthcare and rehabilitation projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee healthcare and rehabilitation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.

• Develop project plans, including defining project goals, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and resources.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.

• Track project progress, proactively identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial objectives.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all project-related activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
