Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Lead and manage multiple planning and development projects, ensuring thorough analysis and efficient execution.
- Team Coordination: Oversee workloads for drafting teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, zoning, and safety standards.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize impacts.
- Stakeholder Updates: Prepare and present regular updates and reports to clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
- Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
- Business Development: Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to secure new business.
- Public Representation: Represent the company at public hearings and planning commission meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Construction Management
- 5+ years of project management experience in civil engineering or urban planning
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Certification

Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 8-hour days (Core hours: ~ 9 AM--4 PM)
- Friday: ~ 9 AM--1 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required (up to 45 hours/week)
