We are looking for an Account Manager, who will be responsible for establishing and managing our existing clients within the US market. The role will also require management of newly established client accounts.
The company has offices in Madrid Spain, Bay Area, CA, USA and the UK with an enterprise customer base of global brand leaders.

We’re seeking a senior account manager to manage existing customer relationships and extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities within each client. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in and own their own success. Using their self-driven initiative to build and maintain robust client relationships and expand account revenue through new opportunity discovery. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Responsibilities
• Managing the client’s expectations to a positive outcome.
• Rigorous management of project risks, schedules, and budget
• Ensuring the team has a proper mid-long-term roadmap definition and task prioritization
• Communicating with the client any changes in scope, budget, roadmap, and/or team schedule or availability
• Managing domestic and international projects.
• Ensuring the team follows the continuous integration and quality standards and procedures
• Preparing project status, reports, and proposals as necessary
• Translating business needs and requirements into deliverables such as functional specifications, workflows, diagrams, user stories, and more.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions by gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.
• Value delivery. Understanding the business value of our delivery maximizing the Return on Investment (ROI)
• Communicating effectively your insights, plans, and needs to customers and team members.
• Monitoring and improving the performance of all team members involved in the delivery.
• Solving problems and finding resolutions for any conflict.
• Demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills by creating an atmosphere of cooperation and cohesiveness.
• Giving presentations internally and externally.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• 4+ years of demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager
• Experience with software development teams, locally and abroad
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience leading Agile projects
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Understand and share the DevOps culture and QA techniques.
• Competency in Cloud solutions, Google and/or Microsoft Office suites.
• Available for traveling locally and internationally
• Empathy with the clients and the team.
• Results-oriented
• Maintaining a positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
• Fluent English
• Great communication and leadership skills
A Big Plus if you have:
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Have a Scrum Master, Product Owner or PMI certifications
• Technical background • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning experience.
• Process Automation projects experience.
• Demonstrable Experience, Bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
