You will be joining of a global team of 500+ maritime specialists who support on a wide range of maritime developments including container terminals, LNG facilities, waterfront developments, federal maritime facilities, cruise and ferry terminals, marinas and harbors as well as coastal schemes such as beach development and coastal protection schemes. **Job Summary/Responsibilities:** The role will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of small to large-scale Ports & Marine projects across the project lifecycle - from conceptual studies to full design and construction administration. Responsible for planning and managing project staffing requirements, reporting project performance, and identifying and addressing scope creep, schedule, or quality issues to ensure the successful delivery of assigned projects. + Manages one or more complex projects, involving a combination of the following projects involving a full spectrum of engineering services offered by AECOM. + Provides project and technical task management for one or more simultaneous projects. + Identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and makes recommendations. + Reviews contracts, prepares fee proposals, and project execution strategies. + Manages sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverable, and performance. + Good presentation and communication skills in English. Good report and proposal writing skills. + Client Relationships: Ability to assist in developing new client relationships and to strengthen existing client relationships. Ability to identify, understand and focus on clients’ key requirements. + Team leadership: good team leadership skills. Self-starter, energetic, pro-active. + Strong Team player. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + BS in Civil Engineering or Maritime Engineering + 8 years of related experience. + Professional Engineer Registration with the ability to attain a State of Hawaii Professional Engineer Registration within 12 months. + Project Management experience in seaport related infrastructure. + Experience with computer aided design (AutoCAD). + Experience with ArcGIS. + U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience in leading projects with multi-disciplinary teams to required quality, timeliness, and budget parameters. + Previous experience in maintaining client relationships and expectations + Advanced knowledge of planning and design process, construction documentation, construction administration, and code requirements + Experience managing concurrent projects in various stages of development and managing multiple project types with an emphasis on design, sustainability, and innovation + Innovative problem solver with excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to manage people and projects through strong demonstrated organizational skills + Strong skills in the full suite of MS Office applications + Participate in selected marketing and business development opportunities in support of the sales team + Experience with Federal and local harbor and maritime projects is a plus. **Additional Information** + Occasional travel required + \#LI-EM1 Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
