Job Description
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Project Manager to work in the greater Toledo, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Estimate and manage multiple projects for multiple clients simultaneously.
JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:
-Estimating.
- Project management and purchasing skills.
- Sales/customer satisfaction.
- Ability to react quickly to request of field associates and client needs.
- Will manage projects under 1MM TECHNICAL
SKILLS: Computer skills, estimating, and knowledge of documentation that is associated with a construction project.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of five to eight years of experience in the construction industry. Prior working experience in the field would be beneficial. Prefer someone who has established relationships in the construction industry.
