Preferred only Green Card and US Citizen (F2F INTERVIEW REQUIRED)
• Need a PM with 6-10 years. DO NOT want anyone over 10 years ideally. Maybe they will look at some a little junior but ideally a minimum of 6 years and max of 10.
• Must have Software Implementation experience. If they dealt with longer lifecycle projects, that's a huge plus.
• Companies that people excel from include IBM, SAP, QlikTech, etc. Basically any software company.
**NO HANDS ON EXPERIENCE NEEDED. But knowledge of IT Architecture and OOP is a definite plus!**
Overview
As a senior project manager, you'll be working on some of the toughest planning challenges in the world today. You will also contribute to various implementation projects, or lend a hand in a coaching or QA role.
Your puzzle starts with the formation of the project team, which consists of business and technical consultants, as well as client Specialists. You're in charge of uniting them and steering them towards one goal: deliver a project on schedule to the satisfaction of your customers. You will be given the support and tools you need to succeed - powerful management software and agile methodologies used by top development teams.

Responsibilities
- As a project manager you will coordinate, monitor and manage the following:
- Pre-sales activities such as statement of work;
- Requirements, timing and job priorities within the project;
- Implementation projects from solution analysis to go-live while administering changes as necessary;
- Customer care and support activities with complex issues for live customers;
- Project budgets;
- Preparation and planning of status reports;
- Steering committee meetings.
- Minimum bachelor's degree;
- Consultancy experience with software implementation;
- 7+ years of experience in project management of enterprise IT solution development;
- Team building and leadership skills, including virtual teams;
- Communication, interaction and negotiation skills in an international environment;
- Experience of workforce, manufacturing, and logistics scheduling;
- Knowledge of IT architecture and object-oriented development;
- Some domestic travel required.
