Experience and Skills
Need a PM with 6-10 years. DO NOT want anyone over 10 years ideally. Maybe they will look at some a little junior but ideally a minimum of 6 years and max of 10.
Must have Software Implementation experience. If they dealt with longer lifecycle projects, that's a huge plus.
Basically any software company.
**NO HANDS ON EXPERIENCE NEEDED. But knowledge of IT Architecture and OOP is a definite plus!**
